Terms & refund policy.
At Game Ball, we're committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) in relation to refunds for consumer goods, and we aim to make the refund process as simple and straightforward as possible.
Consumer guarantees
We guarantee to our customers that the goods we sell are of acceptable quality, fit for their intended purpose, and match the description we provide. If you receive a product that doesn't meet these guarantees, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Faulty or mismatched products
If the goods are faulty or do not match the description provided, you're entitled to a refund or replacement. To request one, contact our customer service team as soon as possible after you become aware of the issue.
We may require you to provide proof of purchase, and we may need to inspect the product to determine the nature of the fault or the extent to which it does not match the description. If we determine you're entitled to a refund or replacement, we'll arrange it as quickly as possible. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used to purchase the product. If a replacement is provided, it will be of the same or similar quality to the original.
If the product is found not to be faulty or not as described, we may, at our discretion, refuse the request and require you to pay the cost of returning the product to you.
Time frame for refunds
You have a reasonable period of time to seek a remedy for a product that does not meet the consumer guarantees. This time frame may vary depending on the nature of the product and the specific circumstances, but we'll work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Exclusions
We do not provide refunds for change of mind or if the product has been damaged by the customer. If we have advised you of a defect before purchase and you decide to proceed with the purchase, you will not be entitled to a refund for that defect.
Refund processing
We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we receive payment. Once your order ships, you'll receive a notification with your tracking information.
To request a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service team within a reasonable period of time of receiving the product. We may require proof of purchase or other information to help process your request.
