Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we receive payment. Once your order ships, you'll get a follow-up email with your tracking information.

Shipping rates and delivery windows

Shipping rates for Dr. Dish machines vary based on your location. We work with reliable freight partners to make sure your package arrives in good condition within a reasonable time frame.

Delivery typically takes between 5 and 15 days depending on where you are in Australia. For a confirmed delivery window before you order, get in touch and we'll quote freight to your specific address.

We do not currently offer warehouse pickup — every order is freighted direct.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking number. You can use it to check the status of your delivery on the freight company's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the number.
