So we can diagnose the issue for you, you’ll need provide a video of the issue:

  • Turn the machine on, and try to get it to pass the ball.

  • Ideally take the cover off the machine. This will help us see what is happening inside

Warranty & Servicing Information

  • If you are within your warranty period, all parts are covered.

  • If outside your warranty period, you will be required to pay for any replacement part

After receiving parts, the expectation is for customers to service the repairs themselves. We will provide the instruction.

If you wish to hire a technicians to install the part (not available in all states), please select this option at the bottom of the form. This will come at an additional cost.
